“It was a special moment.”
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A couple of streaks ended Saturday night in the Swamp.
Kentucky got its first win over Florida since 1986; its first win in the Swamp since 1979 and one other big thing.
UK rushed for 303 yards…becoming the first team to amass 300-plus on the ground against the Gators since Miami in 2002.
All possible thanks to the offensive line; which is why UK head man Mark Stoops handed the game ball to O-line coach John Schlarman, who continues to battle cancer while he coaches.
Hear from Stoops in the video.
