Shots fired saturday morning in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police worked two shots fired calls Saturday morning.
The first happened just after midnight.
According to police, someone with a bullet wound flagged down a police officer at the intersection of Richmond and Mount Tabor.
The shooting actually happened nearby on Gribbin drive, though.
The victim went to the hospital, but is expected to survive.
Police say he knew the person who shot him so officers are now looking for that suspect.
About two hours later, on Audubon Avenue and Nicholasville Road near First Christian Church, police say someone at a party got mad and shot off a few rounds.
Officers say that person then drove off in a grey passenger car.
No one was hurt and nothing was damaged, but officers found shell casings in the area.
