Lexington police investigating overnight armed robbery, shots fired

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington police are investigating after a person was robbed at gunpoint early Friday morning.

According to investigators, it happened around 1:30 a.m. on Osage Court, near Woodhill Drive. Police say multiple suspects approached the victim during the robbery, and one suspect allegedly fired a gun. The shot missed, and no one was hurt.

Officers say no property damage was reported in the incident.
