Person of Interest wanted in connection to theft

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a theft at Howard’s Market.

Troopers say 47-year-old Daniel Arthur was spotted Tuesday evening near a barn close to the KCEOC building in Cannon. Witnesses reported he was painting and changing decals on a vehicle believed to be tied to the crime.

When officers moved in, Arthur ran into the woods and has not been located.

He was last seen in the Cannon area of Knox County. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or Kentucky State Police immediately.
