Lexington family displaced after overnight house fire
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – An overnight fire forced a Lexington family out of their home early Friday morning.
According to the Lexington Fire Department, crews responded around 1:45 a.m. to a house fire on Bold Bidder Drive, not far from Pimlico Parkway. Two adults and a 16-year-old lived in the home. Officials said no one was hurt.
The fire caused significant damage, and the Red Cross has been called in to help the family find temporary housing.
Investigators are still working to determine what caused the fire.
