Winchester police ask for help identifying theft suspect

WINCHESTER, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — The Winchester Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person wanted in connection with a theft investigation.

Police released photos Tuesday of the individual and are asking anyone who may recognize the person to contact the Winchester Police Department.

Investigators say callers can remain anonymous when providing tips.
