Suspect arrested, charged in double-shooting case
FRANKFORT, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Police say a man is facing multiple charges after a double shooting at an apartment in Frankfort.
According to investigators, officers responded Sunday to Ashwood Court, where they found a juvenile and an adult man suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to UK Hospital in critical condition.
Police said 27-year-old Makale Marks was arrested in connection with the shooting. Marks is charged with assault, tampering with physical evidence, burglary, and wanton endangerment.
The investigation is ongoing.
