Person with serious injuries after motorcycle crash

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says a person has serious injuries after a motorcycle crash Monday morning.

Deputies say the crash happened on Rooks Branch Road around 6:40.

Investigators say 36-year-old Richard Cox was driving a motorcycle when he collided with 28-year-old Jesse Curry who was driving a Saturn Ion. They say Cox was airlifted to UK Hospital with serious injuries. Curry had no reported injuries.
