MOREHEAD, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Morehead Police Department says officers are investigating what appears to be an adult suicide at the city park.

In a statement posted Wednesday, police emphasized that despite some rumors circulating on social media, no infant or child was involved in the incident.

The investigation remains active, and the city park is closed to the public while officers continue their work.
