Man accused of exposing himself outside elementary school

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say 38-year-old Paul Johnson exposed himself to children outside Mary Todd Elementary School.

“People like that shouldn’t deserve to walk the streets,” said Dennis Bouchard, who lives right down the street from where police say it happened.

According to an arrest citation, Johnson exposed his genitals to children by dancing in a yard while the children walked to school.

“I just think it’s absolutely horrible,” said a woman who lives across the street. She wished to remain anonymous.

Johnson is charged with indecent exposure, second degree disorderly conduct and a parole violation.
