Investigation continues after Knox County woman killed in dog attack

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The investigation continues in Knox County after a woman died following an attack by a pack of dogs.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Department says 44-year-old Priscilla Jones was walking along Sandy Branch in the Flat Lick community Friday when the dogs attacked her. Jones was taken to a hospital with severe injuries and later died.

Deputies say there is still no update on the search for the dogs involved in the attack.
