Lexington Police launch investigation into the death of an infant

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington police are investigating the death of a baby after an infant was found unresponsive on Park Avenue.

Officers say the discovery was made yesterday in the 400 block of Park Avenue, near Euclid Avenue and the University of Kentucky campus.

No word yet on how the child died. The investigation is ongoing.
