Lexington Police investigating disorder that led to shots fired

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Lexington police are investigating after shots were fired downtown early Friday morning.

Officers say it happened around 1:20 a.m. during a reported disorder on Cheapside. Police confirmed no one was hurt, and there were no reports of property damage.

The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Lexington Police or leave an anonymous tip with Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
