Two men charged after Paducah nightclub shooting injures three women

PADUCAH, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Two men are facing charges in connection with a weekend shooting outside a Paducah nightclub that left three women injured, according to police.

Officers say the gunfire erupted around 3 a.m. Saturday on Boyd Street. Jistacey Pitts and Capus Adams have been arrested on wanton endangerment charges.

Investigators say Adams was allegedly seen firing in the direction of several people, while Pitts admitted to shooting a gun in a crowded area.

Police say one of the women shot was placed on life support over the weekend. A second victim was listed in critical but stable condition, and a third woman was treated and released from the hospital.

The investigation remains ongoing.
