Not a “cookie cutter” chef… it’s Jason Smith!
You know him from his vibrant outfits, off-the-cuff sayings, and recipes. Jason Smith has no culinary or pastry training: he’s a self-taught cook and baker. He developed his own style of cooking, called “country bling”, by adding a twist on his grandmother’s recipes. This Kentuckian is a “triple crown” winner in Food Network kitchens, and he was a judge on a new television show, Best Baker in America. Watch to see his interview on Midday!
