Man charged with vehicular homicide after deadly boating crash on Laurel River Lake
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A tragic boating accident Monday night at Laurel River Lake has left one person dead and another facing serious charges, according to Kentucky Fish and Wildlife.
Game wardens responded to a crash at the Marsh Branch boat ramp and launched an investigation. Officials say they arrested Don Peace, who is now charged with operating a boat while intoxicated and vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol.
The incident remains under investigation by Kentucky Fish and Wildlife.
