LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Traffic officials say Georgetown Street is back open after a serious crash involving a motorcyclist

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Traffic officials say Georgetown Street at Price Road and Georgetown Street at New Circle Road is shutdown in both directions after a serious crash.

Officials say the crash involved a motorcyclist. CRU has been called to the scene for reconstruction.

Police say the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the car was not injured.
