Georgetown Pair May Face Death Penalty

A man and a woman from Georgetown may end up on death row if they’re found guilty of their crimes.
The assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney told a judge his office plans to seed the death penalty against Percey Hargrove and Sheena Tipton.
The two were arrested in December because police believe they killed Andrew Ingram who was Tipton’s boyfriend at the time.

Police say they found his body in December on the back porch of a house near his own.

Hargrove and Tipton are expected to stand trial in September.
