2 face charges after an online sale goes bad

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Robbery charges aren’t all two suspected robbers are in trouble for in Nicholasville.

According to police, 20-year-old Ken Russell and 18-year-old Shelbie Staton assaulted and robbed someone they had arranged to buy something from online.

Officer say when they arrested them, they found marijuana and cocaine.

In addition to robbery charges, the pair faces charges for cocaine possession, and Staton faces a marijuana trafficking charge.
