Governor Beshear’s Pre-K for All Town halls begin
FRANKFORT, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The first in a series of town hall events focused on Kentucky’s “Pre-K for All” initiative is scheduled for Wednesday evening in Franklin County.
According to Governor Andy Beshear’s office, the state’s Pre-K for All Advisory Committee is launching the public forums to gather community feedback on expanding early childhood education statewide.
The meeting will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the State Transportation Cabinet Conference Center Auditorium on Mero Street in Frankfort.
Officials encourage families, educators, and community members to attend and share their thoughts on improving access to pre-kindergarten programs across the Commonwealth.
