Firefighters battle early morning fire in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Firefighters were called to a house fire just before 3 o’clock this morning on Alice Drive.
They say the fire started in the left side of the house and spread to an attached shed.
Firefighters say the fire caused the shed to become detached from the home.
They say people were home at the time, but no one was injured.
They say the fire burned a nearby electrical pole and wiring near the shed.
According to firefighters, the flames were put out in under half an hour.
