KSP searching for escaped inmate
PADUCAH, Ky. (WTVQ) – Authorities are searching for an inmate who escaped from jail in Paducah.
Kentucky State Police received a call from the Keaton Correctional Facility on Sunday around 8:30 p.m. about a missing inmate.
According to State Police, the staff said after a head count search, they discovered 28-year-old Charles A. Richards, of Winchester, missing.
Richards is 5’09”, with blonde hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time of his escape.
State Police say Richards was serving time for manufacturing methamphetamine.
