Lexington to host free family event for Safe Kids Day at Green Acres Park
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Families in Lexington are invited to a free community event Wednesday evening in celebration of Safe Kids Day.
The event will take place at Green Acres Park on La Salle Road from 4 to 7 p.m. Organizers say families can expect free snacks, face painting, and interactive safety demonstrations for children of all ages.
The annual event focuses on promoting child safety and providing helpful resources for parents and caregivers.
