Coroner Needs Help Finding Family Of Man Hit And Killed By SUV
A man was hit by a vehicle on New Circle Road Tuesday night died at the hospital.
The coroner wants your help finding his family.
Police say the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. between Golden Way and Old Paris Road. Mario Rodriguez-Pena was trying to cross the road when he was hit.
Investigators aren’t sure which way Rodriguez-Pena was walking but do say there were no crosswalks in the area.
Police say the driver of the SUV did stop and charges will not be filed.
Rodriguez-Pena last known address was at the Hope Center in Lexington.
