Juvenile charged with strangulation, assault after fight in London Walmart parking lot

LONDON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A juvenile is facing serious charges after an altercation in the parking lot of the London Walmart was caught on video and shared on social media, according to the London Police Department.

Officers say the juvenile has been charged with first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault following the incident.

Police say they were alerted to the video circulating online and, after an initial investigation, identified and charged the individuals involved. They also noted that additional charges and arrests may be pending.

The incident remains under investigation.
