Catholic Action Center needs volunteers to help homeless

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Catholic Action Center is asking for volunteers to help support Lexington’s homeless community this weekend.

According to organizers, volunteers are needed this Sunday to help distribute bottled water to unhoused individuals in the downtown area.

The outreach effort is part of the Center’s ongoing mission to provide care and relief during periods of extreme heat and need.
