Lexington Police Arrest Man Wearing Batman Mask At Tanning Salon
Lexington Police said a man was arrested after he wore a Batman mask into a tanning salon on Tuesday.
Investigators said an employee at a Fusion Tanning salon tripped a hold-up alarm around 8:00 p.m.
Police said the worker became uneasy and scared because the man in the mask was in the business, but was not a customer.
Police said they arrested Julius Owsley, 39, of Lexington and charged him with Disorderly Conduct and Disguises.
Police said it’s illegal for an adult to wear a mask in public in Fayette County.
