Fayette County coroner identifies man killed in Lexington accident
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Fayette County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who died in a recent accident in Lexington as 73-year-old Lukonga Mulenda.
According to a release from the coroner’s office, Mulenda, a Lexington resident, died on May 17th around 8:30 a.m. His death was caused by complications of multiple blunt force injuries, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.
The incident happened in the area of Fontaine and Chinoe Road. The circumstances remain under investigation by the Lexington Police Department.
