Car seat education and installation event

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Lexington Fire Department is hosting a free car seat education and installation event Monday at the Meijer store in Hamburg.

Certified technicians will be available until 5 p.m. to assist families with properly installing car seats and answering safety questions.

If you can’t make it to today’s event, officials say you can schedule a future appointment by calling (859) 231-5662.
