Record Rainfall

Many fields, roads and creeks were overflowing with water Sunday.

In some areas, the roads were blocked off.

Lexington broke a more than 100 year old record Sunday for the amount of rainfall to fall on October 6.

Blue Grass Airport has picked up nearly two inches of rainfall which is almost double the old record of just more than an inch of rain.  That record was set in 1910.
