Lexington man to serve 50 years for child pornography
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Lexington man has been sentenced to 50 years behind bars for using two minors to produce child pornography.
20 year-old Saul Aguilar-Andres will spend 50 years in federal prison, followed by a life term of supervised release; he is required to serve 85 percent of his federal prison sentence.
Aguilar-Andres was formally sentenced Monday by Senior United States District Judge Joseph M. Hood.
According to the Department of Justice release, Aguilar-Andres previously admitted in September and October of 2016, to using the two minors to produce the sexually explicit images.
Then in January of 2017, he uploaded the sexually explicit images to his Drop Box account.
The investigation was conducted by the FBI, in Lexington and Chicago, and the Lexington Police Department.
The United States was represented by Assistant United States Attorney David Marye.
