LPD: Man arrested, apologizes after near crash

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police have arrested a man after they say he nearly hit a man with his car at an event that took place at McConnell Springs Park.

Police say the man arrested is 48-yead-old Brad Mancuso.

According to Lexington Police, back on October 13th Mancuso tried to hit the man with his car after being turned away from a handicapped parking lot because he did not have a sticker.

Police say Mancuso left the lot and came back twenty minutes later to apologize to the man he had almost hit.

Despite the apology, Lexington Police say Mancuso is charged with wanton endangerment.

He is scheduled to appear in court on that charge today.
