Single vehicle crash kills Breathitt Co. man

Hazard, Ky.(WTVQ) – According to State police, a Breathitt County man has died after a single car crash in Hazard Tuesday.

Investigators say 68-year-old Larry Lewis was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado on KY 30 West when he lost control of the truck on a curve. The truck overturned on the road.

The Breathitt County Coroner pronounced Lewis dead at the scene. Lewis was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

State police say there will be no autopsy.
