Rowan County man indicted on human trafficking charges involving a minor
ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A man has been indicted in Rowan County on human trafficking charges after authorities say he subjected a minor to commercial sex activity.
According to an indictment filed on February 7, 2025, in Rowan Circuit Court, Victor R. Littleton is charged with human trafficking – commercial sex activity involving a victim under 18 years old. The charge stems from an incident that allegedly took place on November 29, 2024. The indictment states that Littleton “intentionally subjected a minor to commercial sexual activity through force, fraud, or coercion.”
Littleton was arrested by the Fleming County Sheriff’s Department on March 9, 2025, after a warrant was issued for his indictment. According to the uniform citation, deputies stopped Littleton while he was driving a black Ford F-150 and took him into custody on the outstanding Rowan County warrant. He was then taken to the Rowan County Detention Center.
The penalty for human trafficking in this case carries a possible sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison.
