Kentucky State Police investigate murder-suicide in Lincoln County

CRAB ORCHARD, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting at a residence on Main Street in Crab Orchard after three people were shot.

Officials say they were contacted Thursday just before 11:45 p.m. about the shooting.

Investigators say the preliminary investigations shows 30-year-old Spencer Baldwin shot 40-year-old Dennis Perry and 30-year-old Heather Baldwin before turning the weapon on himself.

Perry is at the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Heather Baldwin was taken to the hospital where she died from her injuries. The Lincoln County Coroner pronounced Spencer Baldwin dead at the scene.
