Police respond to shots fired near Lexington apartment complex
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington Police are investigating after shots were fired near an apartment complex.
According to Lexington Police, officers responded to Winburn Drive around 3:45 Friday afternoon.
Police say a man on foot fired shots into a vehicle.
The driver of that vehicle reportedly drove away.
Officials say a witness saw the suspect flee the scene.
Another witness telling ABC 36 they heard several shots in the area.
Authorities say no one was hurt in the incident.
