Remembering a community activist who helped the homeless
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Members of the community in Lexington are gathering today to remember Brother Thomas Caudill who working with the Catholic Action Center to help get the homeless off the streets.
Brother Thomas died on Saturday, January 18th. He was 57 years old.
He was a minister at Greater Faith Apostolic Church. He also drove the Catholic Action Center’s Compassionate Caravan to help the homeless.
According to the Street Voice Council, today’s memorial event in honor of Brother Thomas will be held at the Lyric Theater on East Third Street starting at noon.
