Missing Rockcastle County teenager found

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A 13-year-old, reported missing by Rockcastle County officials, has been located, according to authorities.

According to the sheriff’s office, Landon Means was located Wednesday morning, after he was reported missing Tuesday night.

The sheriff’s office says Landon left his home just before 7:00 pm Tuesday, riding his bike to a gas station about two miles away.

Officials say Landon asked to used the bathroom, and then his phone was returned to factory settings. His bike was located at the gas station.

Right now, there is no word on the circumstances surrounding how Landon was located.
