NAMI Lexington hosting a forum for survivors of gun violence

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Survivors of gun violence in Lexington are invited to attend a community forum Thursday evening on Sparta Court.

Organizers with One Lexington say the event is designed to provide a space for those impacted by gun violence to share their experiences and concerns. Mental health professionals will also be available to offer support.

The forum, which begins at 6 p.m., is the second of two community events held this week focusing on gun violence.
