Kentucky women close out non-conference schedule with an 88-70 win over WKU

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky women’s basketball tallied their 11th win on Saturday with an 88-70 victory over Western Kentucky.

Clara Strack earned herself a double-double with 21 points and a team-high 12 rebounds. Georgia Amoore also recorded 21 points and a team-high nine assists.

Kentucky closed out their non-conference play never having lost a game at Historical Memorial Coliseum.

The cats begin SEC play on January 2nd when they host Mississippi State at 7 p.m.
