Armed robbery suspect, Jamarion Brown, due in court in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — An 18-year-old is set to appear in court Thursday afternoon after being arrested in connection with an armed robbery on Wednesday.
According to Lexington Police, Jamarion Brown is accused of robbing a person at gunpoint around 4:30 p.m. on Palumbo Drive near Bainbridge Drive. Officers say Brown allegedly took the victim’s money before driving away. He was apprehended by police a short time later.
Authorities have charged Brown with robbery, fleeing and evading, and drug trafficking. His arraignment is scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday.
