Deputies: Meth falls out of man’s pants during arrest

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Deputies with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office say they arrested a man they found under the influence in a church parking lot after discovering he had multiple arrest warrants.

They say 36-year-old Gary Rice was walking in the Roadside Baptist Church parking lot in Barbourville.

Deputies say that while arresting Rice, a small bag with meth fell out of his pants.

Rice was arrested on multiple charges and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
