Crash shuts down lanes on busy Lexington road

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — According to LexWrecks post on X, there was a crash on Nicholasville Road and Alumni Drive around 6:30 this morning.

Jay Blanton with the University of Kentucky says two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The middle and left lanes were closed off as well as the outbound left turn lane. They have all since reopened.
