Anderson County community raises nearly $2,000 for Bast family after devastating fire
LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — A GoFundMe has been launched to support a family of four who lost their home in a fire in Lawrenceburg.
According to the fundraiser, the fire occurred on Sunday at a residence in the Hammonds Creek community.
The organizer says the Bast family was not home during the blaze, but they lost everything they own.
As of now, the GoFundMe has raised nearly $2,000 to help the family recover.
