Triple shooting suspect due in court
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A man charged in connection with an October 19 triple shooting on Versailles Road is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday. Jacob Fogal, 20, faces charges of assault and tampering with physical evidence in the incident, which injured three people.
According to Lexington Police, two victims were taken to the hospital, while a third victim arrived at the hospital a short time later with reported non-life-threatening injuries. Fogal’s arraignment is set for 1 p.m.
A second suspect in the case, 39-year-old Christopher Reed, is charged with drug trafficking, according to police records.
