Deputies: Man arrested after stealing from employer

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office say an employee is accused of taking over $1,000 from a business off Adams Road in London.

Deputies say that 44-year-old Jeffrey Conn was supposed to make the $1,400 deposit, but kept the money for himself.

Conn was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center on a theft charge.
