Lexington Police’s ‘Faith and Blue’ event

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – This weekend, the Lexington Police Department is inviting the community to their ‘Faith and Blue’ event at Immanuel Baptist Church on Tates Creek Road. Scheduled for Sunday from noon to 2 PM, the event aims to foster community bonds and support local causes.

Organizers have planned a clothing drive benefiting GreenHouse 17, an advocacy agency providing support to victims of intimate partner abuse. In addition to contributing to a good cause, attendees can enjoy free food and various activities designed for community engagement.

This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Lexington Police to strengthen community relations and promote collaboration through shared community events.
