Police make arrest in Richmond murder

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police in Richmond have made an arrest for the murder of 34 year-old Stephon Mundy.

William Kellog, a 23-year-old from Richmond was charged with murder.

The Madison County coroner says Mundy was found dead yesterday afternoon on Landon Lane in Richmond. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
