‘Everybody Counts’ program announcing award in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Mayor Linda Gorton will be joined by representatives from Governor Andy Beshear’s office, Fayette County Public Schools, and other officials to announce an award from the Governor’s ‘Everybody Counts’ program.

The program is designed to assist Kentucky’s graduating high school seniors in starting their careers, continuing their education, or both.

The press conference is scheduled for Monday, July 28, at 11:30 a.m. at the Lexington Government Center on East Main Street.
