Garrard County Magistrate Accused Of Dealing Drugs

State Police arrested a Garrard County Magistrate Thursday on an indictment out of Jessamine County accusing him of dealing prescription pills.

Investigators said Ronald Lane, 73, of Lancaster, is accused of trafficking a controlled substance.

State Police said the arrest came after a lengthy investigation.

Lane is due in court in Nicholasville on Friday.
